This was fantastic! We went on the train from Middlesbrough to Whitby and the view was thrilling. The best part of the journey was that some children had never been on train before and this was a whole new experience for them. People made their own arrangments once they were there and for many this simply meant hitting the beach. They stayed there all day and even though the weather was typical for England this did not deter them. The children could not stop talking about their experiences all the way home.
What a really fulfilling day for all.
